Prince Philip makes a joke with a man named Patel about how common his name is, and ends up being condemned by a man named Smith.
Mr Patel's spokesman said: "Absolutely no offence was taken at all by Atul. It was taken in a very light-hearted way."
When are people going to see that this fella has a sense of humour. OK, sometimes he steps way over the line, but this was just harmless, light-hearted banter and it was taken as such. Get a grip, people!

Some of Greek Phil's "gaffs" are just so funny. This is a man from an older generation with different views and values but the Press just wait to have a go at him when he slips up. As for his comment to Mr Patel if he wasn't offended then why should someone else complain.
