As subs said, chrome is built on the same code as Safari - Webkit.
Still, it should identify itself properly... -

Strangely, when I asked Andy if he'd tried using Chrome (after seeing you mention it) he said it was pretty much the same as Safari, which is the one he uses sometimes.
